The Opportunity

This is a lead consultant role, taking ownership of the Social & Content vertical. The desk is already billing £8,000–£10,000 per month, with roles being fed in from across the wider business — so there is immediate revenue and real momentum from day one.

It’s a freelance / temp-led desk, placing creative talent into both agencies and brands. There is still an expectation around business development, but this is not a cold start.

For someone looking to step into a more established, better-supported desk — this is a genuinely strong platform.
