Research Consultant – Executive Search
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000–£60,000 (depending on experience) plus performance-based bonus

The Opportunity
As a Research Consultant, you will support senior consultants on retained executive search mandates, including:
Researching, approaching, and interviewing candidates
Building detailed market maps across private markets strategies, functions, and geographies
Developing an informed understanding of private markets performance, fund structures, and hiring trends
Supporting research and marketing publications
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and search processes
Contributing to business development, content strategy, and internal best practices
This role offers a high level of responsibility from day one and the chance to deepen your exposure to executive search while working closely with senior clients and candidates.
