The Opportunity
This is a unique role for a polished, commercially minded consultant looking to step into a client-facing, consultative sales position.
Supported by a dedicated delivery function, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of warm and lapsed clients, take on senior-level briefs, and shape bespoke project solutions across management consulting, financial services, corporates, retail and luxury brands.
You’ll work closely within their On Demand team — a tight-knit, ambitious group known for collaboration, high standards and exceptional client care. The commission model is designed to reward both team and individual success, offering strong earning potential from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Manage and grow warm and lapsed client accounts from day one
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Take detailed client briefs and advise on project team structure
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Work closely with the delivery team to build expert project teams
- Present shortlisted talent and manage client expectations
Business Development
- Conduct strategic BD aligned to high-quality, senior-level clients
- Support pitches and commercial conversations
Brand, Networking & Thought Leadership
- Actively engage on LinkedIn — content, events, dinners, breakfasts
- Build presence within industry networks
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with a highly experienced Head of Growth
- Be part of an engaged, professional and supportive team culture
What They’re Looking For
- Graduate calibre
- Ideally 12–18+ months in a commercial, sales or client-facing role
- Confident, polished communicator with strong presentation skills
- Relationship-driven, articulate and commercially aware
- Someone who thrives in a professional, non-agency environment
- Keen to work with high-profile clients and strategic briefs
