Junior Research and Administration Associate

Based - West End
Up to 35K depending on experience plus bonus.
We are looking for an ambitious and curious Research and Administration Associate to join our client supporting their team of Consultants across Temporary, Contract and Permanent searches. This is a role with multiple possible areas of progression and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a commercial and people-focused environment.

Established for over 35 years – this boutique firm partner with a number of London and internationally based firms to support with a range of hiring needs, including business support and administrative roles, Private PAs, Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, Investments and Accountancy. Clients range from private equity firms, hedge funds, venture capital firms, management consultants, executive search to public relations, renewable energy, digital advertising, brand management, new media and property.
About the Research and Administration Associate Role:
The successful candidate will need to be aware of the very different needs of each team and be highly disciplined in prioritising commercially essential and time-restricted tasks, whilst remaining flexible to revise and pivot their schedule in real time as new, urgent tasks come in which supersede others.
Duties include:
Administration
Candidate onboarding checks, referencing candidates, supporting weekly agency worker payroll administration, formatting CVs, conducting Right to Work checks.
Research
Resourcing candidates for a range of job profiles, writing/posting/refreshing job adverts on a weekly basis, organising candidate interviews for the Consultants.
Social Media & Website
Creating and uploading posts and content, managing the social media calendar, sharing social media posts, identifying opportunities and content to engage with.
Blog Writing & Content
Generating blog ideas for/from the team, collating marketing collateral, sourcing images for the website.
Other duties and ad-hoc projects as required.
About You:
Some prior office experience is required (recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential).
Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical skills, strong attention to detail, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
An efficient approach to work and with a warm and approachable manner.
Team-working and commercial mindset.

Core hours are 9am – 5.30pm, with flexibility to work beyond these hours if required.
The company operates a hybrid working structure (3 days office-based) however the successful candidate will be fully office-based for a least the first 3 months while onboarding.
Competitive base salary up to 35K depending on relevant experience and eventual eligibility for discretionary bonus.
