The Opportunity

Two exciting paths depending on your experience and career goals:

Senior Perm Consultant

- Take ownership of a warm, established perm desk with live roles from day one

- Partner with high-profile clients across the City and West End

- Collaborate across divisions to maximise opportunities

- Excellent scope for progression into leadership as the team expands

Temps Consultant

- Step into a hot desk billing £4–5K per week with strong repeat business

- Manage a thriving temporary workforce across loyal client accounts

- Enjoy immediate momentum, variety, and outstanding earning potential

- Work closely with a hands-on MD who bills £500K+ annually, passes roles across, and is deeply invested in your success
