The Opportunity
Working as part of an established specialist HR team, you’ll manage permanent recruitment assignments across a broad range of clients and sectors.
This is a full 360 role, combining the development of existing accounts with new relationship building, candidate sourcing and end-to-end process management. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your desk while being supported by a strong client network, specialist market insight and the wider resources of a global talent business.
The culture is highly collaborative, with opportunities to share relationships and work closely with colleagues across HR, finance and marketing recruitment. The business also has its own HR consultancy, creating further opportunities for introductions and new assignments.
The team is led by an experienced director who has been with the organisation for 14 years and is genuinely invested in helping her consultants succeed.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced agency recruiter with a strong understanding of the HR market and a relationship-led, consultative approach. The client may consider cross training someone from a similar sector.
You’ll ideally bring:
- At least three years’ plus agency recruitment experience
- Previous experience recruiting within HR
- A successful track record in a 360 recruitment role
- Strong client development and relationship-management skills
- Confidence managing recruitment processes from brief through to placement
- A commercial, credible and consultative approach
- The drive to develop your desk while contributing to a supportive team
