Indigo Lane Recruitment is a London-based recruitment firm specialising in recruitment-to-
recruitment services. We support recruiters, clients, and future founders across the UK,
through our core business and sub-brands.
For the purposes of this policy:
- “Candidates” are individuals who use our services to explore or secure roles.
- “Clients” are organisations or individuals who work with us to hire staff.
- “Contacts” are people connected to our services, such as referees, suppliers, and partners.

We may collect the following information depending on your relationship with us:
- Candidates: personal details, CV, job history, skills, remuneration details, right to work
documentation, references, interview notes, bank details (if applicable), marketing
preferences.
- Clients & Contacts: name, role, employer details, contact information, feedback, records of
communication, marketing preferences.
Sources include: you directly, job boards, networking sites, referrals, clients, and other
recruitment partners.
3. How we use your data
We process personal data to:
- Assess your suitability for roles and introduce you to clients
- Share your CV and details with employers (with your knowledge)
- Manage interviews, references, payroll, and compliance
- Maintain records, backups, and quality standards
- Provide market insights
