Six key highlights
• Up to £45K basic salary plus commission worth around £1,000 per month
• Join a very busy temporary desk with consistent demand from high-calibre clients

• Three days a week in the London office
• Join an established candidate-side team of nine supporting the temp and perm divisions

The Opportunity
This is not a peripheral support position. Community Managers sit at the heart of the recruitment process and are trusted to deliver the outstanding candidate communities on which the business has built its reputation.
You’ll work closely with consultants covering a demanding portfolio of temporary assignments, sourcing high-quality Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Team Assistants, reception, office management and wider business support professionals for some of the most exacting clients in the market.
The pace is fast and priorities can change quickly. You may be identifying candidates for several live bookings at once, checking availability and expectations, conducting detailed interviews, creating accurate shortlists and keeping consultants fully informed. At the same time, you’ll stay close to strong temps between assignments and build the loyalty that keeps an exceptional candidate community engaged.
The wider business is an award-winning specialist with an international footprint, a superb reputation in private equity and alternative investments, and an ongoing commitment to learning, insight and development. Quality standards are extremely high—but so is the value placed on the Community Manager team.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Proactively sourcing active and passive temporary candidates through the database, LinkedIn, advertising, referrals and market mapping
• Building ready-to-work talent pools by skill set, experience, availability, location and client fit
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates thoroughly while moving quickly on urgent requirements
• Managing multiple priorities and deciding what needs immediate attention
• Maintaining regular contact with temps before, during and after assignments
• Preparing accurate candidate notes and shortlists that help consultants act decisively
• Tracking availability, rates and changing market conditions and sharing useful intelligence with the team
• Contributing ideas for candidate attraction, referrals and community events
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an exceptional recruiter or candidate specialist who combines pace and commercial awareness with warmth, judgement and meticulous organisation. You will understand that supplying temps successfully requires both urgency and genuine relationship building.
You’ll ideally bring:
• Previous recruitment experience, ideally across temporary or contract hiring
• A proven ability to work at pace without sacrificing accuracy or candidate care
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation across competing vacancies and candidate demands
• Strong numerical confidence and comfort working with pay rates, charge rates and temp figures
• A polished, credible communication style suited to senior candidates and high-expectation clients
• The ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term relationships with temporary workers
• Commercial judgement—you understand how candidate quality and speed affect placements and revenue
• Discretion, emotional intelligence and resilience when plans or priorities change
• A genuinely collaborative approach and the confidence to work closely with consultants and fellow Community Managers
The Bottom Line
For someone who loves the candidate side of recruitment but still wants pace, targets and visible commercial impact, this is an outstanding career move. You’ll receive up to £45K basic plus attractive monthly commission and play a central role in a market-leading business.
