Location: Central London – Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000
OTE / Bonus: c. £12,000 bonus + quarterly profit share. OTE £55,000 – £60,000

The Opportunity
This is a delivery-focused role within the Interim team, working closely with a Sales Consultant who originates and secures client projects.
Once a role is won, you take ownership of delivery — attending job briefings, researching the market, headhunting interim consultants and managing candidates through the full process. A key part of the role is negotiating day rates with interim consultants and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
Assignments range from 1 to 18 months and span Strategy, Transformation, M&A, Cost Restructuring and Commercial Analytics across UK and international markets.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Experience in delivery, research, recruitment or executive search
- Exposure to interim, consulting or strategy-led markets preferred
- Strong headhunting and candidate assessment capability
- Confident commercial negotiator, comfortable discussing day rates
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven
