We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic boutique agency specialising in office support recruitment across the financial and professional services sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for either a permanent or temporary recruiter who thrives in a consultative, collaborative environment and is passionate about building long-term client and candidate relationships.

The Role

Operating on a classic 360 basis, you’ll manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates, working across an exciting range of industries — including finance, media, property, technology, and UHNW clients.

You’ll recruit for a wide variety of positions, from office juniors and first-jobbers through to senior-level support and Chief of Staff roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from writing adverts and sourcing candidates to interview coordination and placement.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and continuously develop your sector knowledge.
• Support business development activity and contribute to the team’s collective success.

• Has a proven track record in recruitment (perm or temp) within office support or a related specialism.
• Is consultative, professional, and service-driven.
