The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic boutique recruitment agency specialising in office support roles across financial and professional services.

Operating on a classic 360 desk, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates, recruiting across a broad range of sectors including finance, media, property, technology, and UHNW individuals. The desk covers roles from office juniors and first-jobbers through to senior-level support and Chief of Staff positions, offering real variety and depth.

In this role, you will:

Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients and candidates

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing and advertising to placement

Source, screen, and interview candidates across a diverse role spectrum

Stay up to date with market trends and develop strong sector knowledge

Contribute to business development and the overall success of the team

You’ll work closely with a supportive, high-performing team in a collaborative environment that values quality delivery, long-term relationships, and shared success.
