The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a Junior Associate / Recruitment Consultant to join the team, supporting a high-performing temporary recruitment desk while taking ownership of candidate delivery, relationship management, and selected client activity.

You’ll run targeted searches, headhunt exceptional talent and work on high-calibre roles from day one. This is a varied, fast-paced position that blends resourcing, account management, and a small amount of business development — perfect for someone who wants responsibility early and thrives in a polished, professional environment.

The business offers a base salary up to £35,000, with £10,000 – £25,000+ in achievable annual commission, plus private medical cover and a clear development pathway.

Experience in recruitment (minimum 1 year) is essential though sector background is flexible.
