This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing specialist recruitment business operating across the US Energy & Infrastructure market.
If you’re already in recruitment but feel you may be in the wrong business, on the wrong desk or simply not getting the training, progression or earning opportunity you expected, this could be a very different proposition.

This is not a desk you need to build from nothing.
There are live roles to work on from day one, established US clients and a strong pipeline of business already in place. Average fees are around $25,000, so for someone who works hard and learns quickly, there is real scope to start making money early.
You’ll recruit across the US Energy, Infrastructure, Construction and Engineering markets, working on high-value appointments from Project and Operations Management through to senior-level hires.
