The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Permanent Division, working on senior-level (Executive / C-Suite) finance and accountancy roles across Central Government.

This is a competitive but under-serviced market, where service standards are often inconsistent — offering the perfect opportunity for a driven recruiter to stand out and make a name for themselves.

You’ll be working closely with a high-performing biller who has a proven track record and extensive network in public sector finance. The role offers a base salary up to £45,000, no threshold, and 20% commission.

While experience in Public Sector or Accountancy &Finance is highly desirable, the business will cross-train the right candidate from other sectors who demonstrates strong recruitment ability, relationship-building skills, and a drive to succeed.
