The Opportunity

‍

This is a genuine gem of a role. You’ll take over a warm, established HR temporary and fixed-term contract desk that was generating approximately £16K per month. The previous consultant developed it exceptionally well despite having been in the role for only just over a year, before leaving for personal reasons.

The desk remains active and is currently being looked after by other members of the team. You’ll therefore step into established client relationships, live vacancies and a strong candidate network from day one, rather than having to rebuild momentum.

The Client Mix

Approximately 40% of the desk comes through the business’s embedded talent solution, supporting an established portfolio of clients predominantly across financial services and professional services.

The remaining 60% comes from the wider commercial market, including FMCG businesses, luxury brands and high-end retailers. This gives the role an appealing mix of dependable embedded work and broader relationship-led recruitment.

You’ll recruit across a varied range of temporary and fixed-term HR appointments, managing the full recruitment process while developing specialist market knowledge and long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Who We’re Looking For

This opportunity would suit someone with around one to three years’ agency recruitment experience who is in the earlier stages of their career and ready to develop within a specialist market.

You do not need previous HR recruitment experience. The business is genuinely committed to cross-training the right person and will provide the support, market knowledge and resources needed to build a successful career within HR recruitment.
