Following a record-breaking year, the business is now expanding its client offering — and they’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruitment Lead to spearhead the launch of a brand-new HR division across the UK & Europe.

The Opportunity

As Human Resources Recruitment Lead, you’ll have the freedom and support to build a new HR practice from the ground up. Working closely with the Managing Director for UK & Europe, you’ll define the vision, strategy and growth of the division.

You will:

• Build and nurture relationships with senior HR leaders across leading law, accountancy and consultancy firms

• Develop deep expertise in the HR market within professional services

• Establish a trusted presence with Chief People Officers and HR Directors across Europe

• Collaborate closely with an established team of experienced recruiters who value credibility, partnership and long-term success
