Location: Central London | Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Salary up to £90,000 basic

OTE / Bonus - Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the creation of a new Human Resources recruitment division across the UK & Europe for a well-established international recruitment firm.

Working closely with the Managing Director for UK & Europe, you will define the vision, strategy, and growth of the HR practice, positioning the business as a trusted partner to senior HR leaders within professional services.

You will:

Build and nurture relationships with senior HR leaders across leading law firms, accountancy practices, and consultancies

Develop deep market expertise within HR recruitment in the professional services sector

Establish credibility and trusted partnerships with Chief People Officers and HR Directors across Europe

Collaborate with an experienced, high-performing recruitment team that values long-term relationships over short-term wins

This role would suit either an experienced Senior or Principal Consultant ready to step into leadership, or an established Associate Director or Director seeking the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
