A fantastic opportunity to join a small, specialist boutique recruitment business with a very busy interim Finance desk recruiting into major healthcare organisations.
This is a genuinely warm desk with established clients, contracts and live vacancies already in place. You won’t be starting from scratch.
The role is focused entirely on interim Finance recruitment, covering a broad range of appointments including:
- Finance roles across all levels
- Qualified and senior Finance professionals
- Financial Recovery
- Turnaround
- Change & Transformation
You’ll be joining a close-knit, experienced team where the emphasis is on quality, relationships and specialist market knowledge.

Who are they looking for?
They are open to recruiters with one year’s experience upwards.
Experience within Finance or another professional recruitment market would be particularly relevant, but healthcare experience is not essential.
They’re looking for someone bright, ambitious, commercially minded and keen to develop within a specialist interim market.
