This is a rare opportunity to join one of London’s most highly regarded boutique recruitment businesses within the PA, EA and office support market.

Our client is a small, successful and very well-established specialist agency with an outstanding reputation, a brilliant client base and a genuinely high-end approach to recruitment. They work with an impressive mix of corporate clients, private offices, family offices, founders, entrepreneurs, HNW / UHNW individuals and professional services firms.

This is not a volume recruitment role. It is a quality-led, relationship-driven desk where process, discretion, attention to detail and candidate care really matter.

The business has a team of 9 and is known for doing things properly. They run a tight, polished recruitment process, work closely with their clients, and have built a strong reputation for representing excellent candidates and handling high-calibre roles.

The Role

This is a warm, established desk with no cold business development.

The directors are very active in the market and manage the majority of the client development, meaning this role is heavily focused on delivery, candidate relationships, process management and making high-quality placements.

You will be recruiting across PA, EA, private PA, office support and business support roles, working with some exceptional clients and candidates.

We are looking for a polished, engaging and commercially minded recruiter who enjoys working with high- calibre candidates and clients.

You do not need to have recruited in the PA / EA market before. The business is very open to cross-training someone from another professional services recruitment background, including legal, finance, financial services, property, HR, marketing, creative, office support or wider professional services.

You will need to be:

  • Confident speaking to senior candidates and clients
  • Naturally relationship-led
  • Polished and well spoken
  • Detail-focused and organised
  • Commercially aware
  • Strong on process and follow-up
  • Comfortable working in a high-quality boutique environment
  • Interested in building deep market knowledge
  • Motivated by doing recruitment properly
