Team Leader / Senior Recruiter – Architecture Desk

London | Up to £55K base + commission (up to 20%, no threshold!) | Hybrid

Join a thriving creative recruitment business on their Architecture Desk, recruiting top talent into leading architecture and design studios. You’ll lead, mentor, and support 3 consultants in a lucrative, high-demand sector — working with an established client base and plenty of incoming business.

The ideal person will drive performance, lead from the front, and grow the team even further.

Who we want:

Proven senior recruitment experience — cross-training is welcome, but experience in architecture, engineering, or BIM is ideal

Confident in account managing their huge portfolio of warm clients and expanding business further.

Experience coaching and team leadership.

Able to work in their stunning loft style office 5 days initially, then move to a hybrid model after a few months
