Team Leader / Senior Recruiter – Architecture Desk
London | Up to £55K base + commission (up to 20%, no threshold!) | Hybrid
Huge opportunity to lead a very busy, high-performing desk with loads of scope to grow and build a big team!
Join a thriving creative recruitment business on their Architecture Desk, recruiting top talent into leading architecture and design studios. You’ll lead, mentor, and support 3 consultants in a lucrative, high-demand sector — working with an established client base and plenty of incoming business.
The ideal person will drive performance, lead from the front, and grow the team even further.
Who we want:
- Proven senior recruitment experience — cross-training is welcome, but experience in architecture, engineering, or BIM is ideal
- Confident in account managing their huge portfolio of warm clients and expanding business further.
- Experience coaching and team leadership.
- Able to work in their stunning loft style office 5 days initially, then move to a hybrid model after a few months
