Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 basic

OTE / Bonus: Uncapped commission (up to 20%, no threshold) + quarterly bonuses

The Opportunity

Our client is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join their Interior Design Desk, working closely with creative studios and design-led practices to place exceptional talent into high-end interior design teams.

This is a hot, well-established desk where you’ll build long-term partnerships across the design industry while continuing to grow and develop an already strong client portfolio. You’ll review portfolios, understand creative vision and style, and match candidates to studios where their work and aesthetic truly fit.

In this role, you will manage client relationships, interview and assess candidates, review and present portfolios, and actively develop business within the interiors and wider creative market. You’ll work in a collaborative team environment that values quality, creativity, and long-term relationships.
