The Opportunity
Our client is hiring a Temps Recruitment Consultant to join their largest and fastest-growing Interim division. This is a 360 / business development–focused role, partnering closely with delivery consultants and client managers to deliver high-quality interim solutions across strategy and consulting markets.
You’ll focus on building long-term client relationships, identifying interim project opportunities, and expanding key accounts in a collaborative, quality-led environment.
What Our Client Are Looking For
Commercially minded consultants who values credibility, collaboration, and long-term relationships.
Previous recruitment experience with a proven track record
Background in Professional Services, Strategy, Consulting, Financial Services, Transformation, Accounting, or Legal recruitment
Experience working with senior, high-calibre stakeholders
Interim or Change & Transformation exposure (advantageous, not essential)
Credible and detail-oriented
Collaborative and team-focused
Curious, driven, and self-starting
An engaging communicator
