We are working with a leading recruitment specialist in the creative industries, currently looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Creative Support desk. This is a warm, well-established dual desk focused on placing business support professionals into top-tier architecture and design practices across London and beyond.
You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while actively developing new business. This role suits a proactive recruiter who is confident picking up the phone, building relationships, and driving growth in a highly respected, design-led market.
What’s on offer:
• Base salary £40,000 – £55,000, dependent on experience
• Monthly commission paid up to 20%, with no threshold

Key responsibilities:
• Manage a busy recruitment desk placing business support professionals into creative companies
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new business
• Interview, assess, and match candidates to client briefs
• Work closely with a highly experienced, collaborative team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM and recruitment platforms
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in recruitment (temp or perm), ideally within business support or the creative industries
• Strong client management and business development skills
• Confident, professional phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Tech-literate and comfortable working with modern recruitment tools and platforms
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and enthusiastic about the creative sector
