Recruitment Assistant / Temps Controller – Architecture & Interior Design Desk

Location: London | £25–30K base (DOE) + bonuses | Hybrid after training

The Role

Support a top-performing Temps Consultant on the Architecture & Interiors desk

Manage daily candidate bookings, extensions, compliance, andtimesheets

Liaise with clients to confirm shifts, gather requirements,and ensure smooth delivery

Assist with payroll processing and ensure all timesheets arecorrect and submitted

Write and post job adverts, screen candidates, andcoordinate interviews

Build warm relationships with long-standing client accounts

Contribute to light business development and accountmanagement (mostly nurturing incoming roles; no cold calling)

Handle general team admin, CRM updates, and support widerdesk activity

What We’re Looking For

Previous administration, coordination, customer service, or junior recruitment experience

Confident communicator who enjoys working with people

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Interest in architecture, interiors, or the creative sectoris a bonus (not essential)

Willingness to work in the London office full-time duringinitial training, then move to hybrid working
